Hope everyone is doing well. I bought a prius last year at the end of 2015 brand new. I now have 12,000 miles on it. I am currently looking at property. Currently living in Illinois and found a nice place in Munster Indiana. The taxes in illinois are insane! Living in Munster i would be saving close to 3000.00 a year just on property taxes. Wondering how long the prius would last traveling 71 miles a day? In 4 or 5 years what do you guys thibk could go wrong and what the cost of a new hybrid battery would be?

Miles. If the 12 volt battery hints it is old swap it out For the hext 88,000 miles or 6 years your hybrid battery cost is 0 if it fails.
