Hi guys Just curious how much these post-sale surveys matter. I did the long one on the internet. I was very honest, and when it came to the dealer honesty section I wrote detailed information about all the lies the dealer told me ("We can't lower the price because if we do Toyota won't give us more cars to sell.", etc) Do you think someone up at Toyota will read this and ask the dealer to be more honest? I mean, it's car salesmen/women, they are inherently dishonest right? (KIDDING) Besides the honesty thing my dealer was phenomenal. Not too pushy, very efficient, I've been totally amazed. My best and easiest car buying experience ever.
When I had some refund problems after the sale and the business mgr was skating around the issue, I mentioned that I was going to give the dealer a bad review on the survey card I had just received. :boxing:He told me he would refund me from his own personal account, which he did, if I gave him an all AAA rating. So, yes it must mean something big.
