I have followed the manual's instructions, and deleted one entry from the phone book multiple times, but it refuses to be deleted. Even worse, it's an entry for someone I no longer know, and it's in my Prius's phone book 8 (YES, EIGHT!) times. Does anybody have any hints on how to EFFECTIVELY delete a phone book entry? I really don't want to purge the entire phone book, since I have a RAZR, and must input one entry at a time.
