How to disable headlight washer

I want to disable my headlight washers when my headlights are on? Thanks!

Page 50 of this PDF http://www.toyota.com/t3Portal/document/om/OM47668U/pdf/sec_04_03.pdf page 465 of the manual, lists a fuse 7 which is a 30 Amp Headlamp cleaner, in the fuse box under the hood.

I am not sure why you would want to do that, but fuse 7 may be the ticket.
