How to get interior lights on when door opens

    I know this is simple stuff but I have had the Gen III Prius now for 3 months and now in the winter notice that the interior lights do not go on when I open a car door. How do I enable or modify that ?
    This is pretty standard stuff on other cars.

    You should have a switch inside the car - on the ceiling near the center front. The switch toggles between door, on and off. Switch it to the door picture and the light will come on when you open the door and when you turn the car off.
