How to have CarPlay up top, and energy monitor below? 2021 Prime

I got my Prius Prime XLE in late June, and I love it.

One question I have though is when running Apple CarPlay it takes up the top half of the infotainment, and changes the bottom half to the climate controls. I always leave my climate controls on auto, so it is sort of wasted space for me, and I do like the energy display.

Is it possible to change it to Apple CarPlay up top and energy display below? If so how do you do it?

I imagine it is probably something simple but I am missing it because I am completely new to the way it works.
