Hi Everyone!! A deer was trying to hitch hike but didn't give me warning before lunging into the passenger door. I found a salvage door that will work. I have switched all the wiring, speaker, locking mechanism and mirror but I need some help with removing the door handle(outside). I suppose the sensor that matches my key fab needs to be transferred to the new door but I can't see how this is done. Does anyone have the instructions on removing the door handle? I also need some instructions on replacing the front passenger fender. Thank you PS. Is there a trick to lining up the door when I screw it back on or will it naturally line up?
Here you go... The actual passenger door handle removal is down around step 28, and I'm not sure how many of the previous steps you'll have to follow...Good luck...
Thank you for the pdfs. I tried it every way possible and there is a trick missing. I used the sensor from the new door and it works. I thought the door handle was linked to the cars key fab but it just carries the signal. Thanks for all your help!!
