Hello, I recently purchased a used 2007 prius that needs some work (the 12V battery is currently recharging and I am in the process of replacing the driver's side headlight which was damaged in a wreak). Anyway, the car has some cool options (rear view camera, alloy wheels, side airbags, etc.). However, I am unclear exactly how to determine what package the car was ordered with. Is there a way to determine this from the VIN/some other ID the car has? I am a total noob with the prius so any information you can offer will be most appreciated, thanks!
You'll have to look in the brochure. Often the things people list are standard. For 2007: Package 1-No VSC Package 2-add VSC Package 3-add homelink mirror & 6 disc CD Package 4-add foglights & HID headlights Package 5-add NAV Package 6-add leather There is only 1 6 spoke 15" wheel If you have 16" wheels & a larger spoiler you may have a Touring. Register the car at Toyota Owners Official Website: Service Coupons, Owners Manuals, Service Scheduling and More to get dealer service history.
