I read that post on HoFo and it requires a laptop with a BT adapter. If I were dead set on transferring my phonebook to my Prius, I think I'd head over to the local Cingular store and pick up a Motorola V551. The V551 would work with Mobile Phone Tools so it would be possible to transfer the V710 phonebook to a PC and then sync the V551. Take the V551 out to the Prius and, voila, done! From what I've read, Cingular has a 30-day guarantee on their phones and service so you could always return the phone and cancel the service within that period.
