I recently bought a 2014 plugin Prius that came with a Voltec charge cable .When I connect it to the car charge port the charge indicator light flashes for about 15 seconds and the box on the cable clicks at the same time. After 15 seconds the light turns off and the clicking stops and no charging is occuring. I checked to make sure the charge timer in the Prius is off so I'm suspecting the cable is faulty. Anybody have a similar experience?
