HV Battery: Gloves to use?

Am I correct in saying this: I need to find a pair of insulated rubber gloves that are Class 0, and can handle at minimum 500 volts, and preferably 1,000 volts?

I found some Salisbury Lineman gloves, just want to insure my safety.
