"HV discharge kw" on my Torque app

    I have an OBDII dongle and Torque app. It's pretty amazing for under 20 bucks. I loaded the Prius pids using a youtube video and have been watching the hv charging and hv discharging features. Hv discharging tends to rise with SOC and potential rapid charge and discharge. How is "HV Discharge kw" used? Thanks again, Dan.
