Hv fan cleaned and now triangle light

    I cleaned hv battery fan and re installed it again and now it says check hybrid system.
    All connectors are good and properly installed
    What could be the reason for triangle.
    Fan works well when i checked on 12v but when the car starts the fan stops working
    Please help

    you pulled it all apart after getting the error message, and all connections were good?

    did you hit the fan with a dust can while power leads were connected?

    If you have a way to read the codes, you’ll see what the root of the message is;).

    Otherwise check to make sure the connection of the fan is tight as there has been more than one person who thought it was tight and it wasn’t :(.
