Topic is: HVAC Controls and indicators! When the system is in 'auto', the control indicators do NOT update - that is, the fan speed indicator remains (sub) low, the ventilation position indicator has no arrows. Air seems to be moving, system seems to be working. This seems to be counter-intuitive to me, and to all the other Toyotas that I've driven - those, in 'auto' you can see what the system is doing via the control indicators - but is this the way it works on the new Prii? When I put it in manual control - by increasing the fan speed, or selecting an air position - the controls 'light up' as expected to indicate the selection. If I go back in Auto, everything goes back to - effectively - no indication of equipment status Also, it seems to love to run in ECO - I see, buried in the settings - a toggle to turn ECO off, but that setting doesn't seem to 'stick'. Cycling power resets it. =>Is this the way that the system works? Thanks!
