Hi PriusChat My check hybrid system message is on (along with yellow engine light and hazard yellow triangle)... took to Toyota in Modiin , their computers were down but they said they would check manually (is that even possible?) They say we need a new Hybrid battery. The Hybrid system is still working because it is quite when I first turn it on/can hear it go quite while I am parked... the only rhing I notice is that when I try to turn on the car all dashboard lights come on, I have to push the on button, sometimes a few times until all the lights shut off and then push again, one time (once all the dashboard lights are off) for the car to start properly. No noticable running issues. 135km 2010 pruis in Israel...help!!! The dealership says about 9,000.00 to fix... any advice? How can I be sure? How can I save $$$
