I heard that San Jose gives special parking permit for hybrid vehicles with some free options and more privileges. Does anybody have it? How do you get it? What are privileges?
The first major issue with this is, you have to purchase your Prius in San Jose. I do not quality because i baught it instockton. You can park in any SJ owned parking lot. You can park in garages, parking lots, and libraries. You can park in metered spots too. Really handy.. but once again ( i looked into this a couple days after i purchased my car) you had to buy your car in San Jose.
