Prius 2014. The other day I had Hybrid System Overheat message shortly followed by Park in a safe place .... Hybrid system coolants was almost completely empty. I take the car for regular maintenance so got suspicious that something was wrong. Replaced the coolant. Messages disappeared. Inspected the car for leaks - none obvious. Took the car in (service at Toyota dealership). No issues found. Yet I do see some odd splash marks on the filter and around that looks like potential coolant (by faint color residue).
