According to the description, it separates hydrogen from oxygen using electrical energy from the vehicle and then recombines the hydrogen with oxygen in the ICE. This is a closed system and I am afraid you can't get out more energy than you put in (at least unless the manufacturers have figured out how to work around the second law of thermodynamics). It's about as likely to work as any other perpetual motion self-propelling device. I vote BOGUS! Mike
