I recently bought a 2009 Prius with low miles and a Hymotion PHEV Battery. The Hymotion LED does not light or flicker when I turn the switch on. I do not see the tail lights turn on when I plug the car in. I do not see a display flicker of the battery charging indicator when driving. So obviously the Hymotion system is not working (mpg is not out as high as I would expect with a working system) or charging. The fuse on the battery unit appears to be pressed in the on position. I would like to try trouble shooting the system. Where is a good place to start? Any suggestion? Thank you, mchase
