I'm looking for anyone interested in being a resident test subject in the World's Greenest Building AKA Independence Station. This is an opportunity to lower your total energy use to just 17% of the amount of energy that most Americans currently consume while living better than most Americans. The key is a 100% renewable energy based hybrid biodiesel condo. Who's game?

Is this building in Independence, OR or can you build one in the Chicagoland Area.

I think I we use less than 17% of the average american household already. Certainly if you factor in the net carbon foot print,, since we generate a percentage of solar electricity, have solar hot water and space heat (~60%) heat with wood for much of the balance.

Our real foot of clay it the transcontinental trips we take several times a year! Driving the Prius helps,, taking the train like we did last time also helps.
