The minimum speed would depend on the width at the crossing, which way you cross (the north side is a 1,000 feet higher), and headwinds. Given that, I would do it scientifically: go for as much speed as you can get. Tom

I doubt that the aerodynamics are favorable for a Hoveround with a geriatric pilot. Probably would start to tumble. You would need to strap the pilot in.
