When I first became interested in the Prius, I couldn't get one in less than a year--so I bought the company. No, not the whole company, Just 300 shares of TM @$70. That's just about the price of an '05 Prius. Today, TM closed at $117. Smith-Barney has a target price for the stock at $150. When that happens, Toyota will have paid for my Prius. Anybody else out there made this play?
Nice move. If Toyota engineers their company like they do their cars, I'm sure you'll reach your target. Regrettably, I did not share your vision. Ahhh hindsight... <_< Hopefully, you'll get that sweet tax credit as well, to help ease the pain of capital gains taxes.

Just had to say hello to a fellow company co-owner B) . My wife using the same logic prevailed (beat??) on me to do the same.
