in the Prius v section my impressions of the 2019 Rav4h based on a 30 minute drive and 7 years of hybrid driving. Quite impressed. Granted fuelly reports are only 38-41 where the v was higher but the Rav4h is hugely more powerful and almost doesn't seem to be a hybrid. This was my second drive and, while I didn't RTFM and so didn't plat with the electronics, just getting in and driving it it seemed quite normal, quiet and powerful. Now to see what my wife thinks. She is due for a new car and if she wants it, she can have it. If not I'll order one once I get the right deal.
Sadly, she said I should have this car update so my Rav4h was built the 16th. (I say sadly because who knows what I now owe her.) I have followed the experiences of the first 4-5 months of ownership experiences on 2 other forums and didn't see any show stoppers. And since I am an early adopter by temperament and a risk taker, I decided to once again order a "car" in its first year of production. Trusting that Toyota got it right enough, just as they did with my first year of production Prius v. It wasn't perfect but I can't imagine anything that would more successfully fulfill the functions for which it was purchased. So now I sit waiting for a VIN in a few days and then shipment.
