ICE not shutting off at stop correctly?

    Just bought a new 2007 prius. Only 43k miles. I am getting significant "kicking" when stopped with my foot on the brake. It seems the ICE won't shut off fully. I am also experiencing a rich exhaust smell when at a stop. No warning lights or other issues noted. Any ideas?
