ICE won’t start and car won’t shift after inverter pump replacement

So around the beginning of the year my prius showed a check engine light and started leaking coolant. I took it to a shop and they quoted me about 4k which I did not have to get it fixed up. I did an OBD scan and checked where the coolant was leaking from and found that the inverter radiator and the inverter water pump had failed. The car sat for about 3 months as I didn’t have a whole lot of time to work on it, but I finally got around to it this last couple weeks. Ripped out the inverter, swapped in the new pump, and changed out the inverter radiator. The battery was dead from sitting for 3 months so I got the 12v charged and the electronics turn on but the engine will not turn over and the car will not let me shift into anything but neutral. It’s also saying “check hybrid system stop car in a safe place” and has all the warning lights on on the dash. When I took out the inverter I did take out this wiring harness and clip and it feels like it broke. From looking at the wiring diagram it seems like all the wires control the shifting and hybrid system. Any idea on how to replace this clip? Could it be something else?

I don't know about fixing it but that thing lifts up and down with a funny lever doesn't it this is a generation 3 I have two of these sitting here I had some of these unplugged just the other day You've got to come up with a way to get that plug to seat straight that's wompy is all get out I do believe it's not straight the whole front of the plug or back of the plug whatever that is is looks like it's not even making connection so turn the vehicle off and let's see about getting that thing seated does that not have some type of a flip lever that you have to lift up and pull up on while you're withdrawing the plug did you break that lever Not realizing that that was what had to happen? If so you want to try and see if you can get it to seat with your hand and if you can that's good and if you move your hand and it lifts up like it looks now You may be able to take some kind of releasing glue like goop they use it for tennis shoes You could put some on that connection push it down hold it in place with tape like zip tape for 20 minutes and the goop will set and it should stay now see if your lights all disappear and go away on your next reboot if the plug is seated properly. If that all works then you're probably good to go changing out that whole plug assembly and whatnot will be quite something I do believe.

It doesn't look like the connector is actually connected, it looks side ways...
Also, on the hybrid battery, did you connect the service plug correctly?
You might want to remove it and install it again and make sure it clicks into place.
