I had my 2012 Prius II for a month now and love it! I always keep my vehicles clean and in fact washed my Prius 4 times already, using a drive through car wash (Cloister). However, I'm scared my rear window will shatter from the force of the blowdryer at the car wash. Anyone ever get there Prius window shattered from such a source?
You should have no problems. All auto glass is tempered and is very resistant to a dispersed force. Because it takes so much force to break a window there are special tools that can be used by the driver if trapped inside a car. You are going to be OK.
