Incentive eligibility based on purchase location or place of resident?

    Since incentive varies by region, do you go by the purchase location or place of resident?
    I.E. Southern California resident buys from Northern California region dealer, which rebate will they be eligibile for? Thanks in advance

    Incentives based on purchase (dealer) location. In CA, sales tax based on residence location.
