Information Cluster not in focus or 'In doublevision'??

I've had my 2010 Prius III for a few weeks now, and I've noticed that the information cluster which displays the MPH, fuel capacity and what 'drive' you're in, looks like it's not focused or showing double. There's a very light outline around what is being displayed. It is accentuated even more when I turn the brightness switch all the way up, to brighten the dash lights on a cloudy day while having the headlights on. The best way to describe it would be like watching a 3-D movie without the glasses.

Has anyone else noticed this 'doublevision' effect???
