Do these unthread, do they pop out by prying, or some other way? The center has a slot like for a flat blade screwdriver, but they dont really turn. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
The “pin hold clips” (Toyota’s term) turn 90° and can then be removed. Turn them 90º counter clockwise with a small screwdriver to release. It's not threaded so takes slightly more force than you would think and makes a little click when it lets go.
