So are the seats in the Prius v not the soft tex material . I have a 2013 persona with the soft tex fake leather And it seems to be wonderful no cracking We haven't done anything to it We don't load it with armor All or anything like that as I think it's like a rubber material It can get wet apparently I mean you wouldn't want to soak it with a hose or anything like that but. We've had no trouble with it at all but yet in the 2010 with JBL and sold the roof and leather interior the leather is peeling right off of the backing like it does in most cars and it looks horrible. So I'm wondering if in the v you still have I don't know the fake leather hide that's bonded to that horrid backing that they've always called leather seats I guess there's a percentage of leather in there somewhere but when it starts cracking and goes to hell it's really bad The edges get real hard to cut the backs of your legs and shorts etc.
Not sure if it is softtex, but it crackled all over the driver’s seat like like a 1990s old Nike shoe.
