Installed HID, Headlight casing a bit warm.

    I just installed 5000k 35w HID kit from Xenondepot and I was wondering if it's normal for the headlight casing to be a bit warm to the touch.

    Yes.. with factory halogens it would be warm to the touch after awhile.. You should be safe with the 35w.. I have 35w in mine and have used it for 12 hours straight with no problems :)

    Mine as warm to the touch as well. They should not cause any problems.
