Just wondering if anyone had experience with installing a charging in the LA area. I heard by law, the HOA must allow it. I also heard that LADWP offers $2000 in reimbursements. Has anyone successfully done this? If so, were you able to do it for $2000 and under without issues and recoup your money back from LADWP without hassles? Thanks in advance.
