Here in NJ we are about the highest cost of car insurance. Today in the Star Ledger there was an article considering "pay per mile" insurance. http://www.nj.com/search/index.ssf?/base/n...ger?ntop&coll=1 However, I don't see this as alievating the BIG problem of uninsured drivers. I thought I had heard something that you folks in CA had something "pay at pump" . any truth? Please comment!
