Integration relay keeps blowing

Over the past few months my 2013 would not start, act as if it was completely dead. Battery was brand new and tested fine.

Disconnecting the battery and reconnecting worked to get the car started for a while, but there was obvious electrical problems. Sometimes the car would not turn off.

I used a multimeter to check everything between the battery and the hood and found that the integration relay had blown.

I pulled it out and the car worked fine but with no headlights.

Finally I ordered another integration relay on eBay and everything was working great for 2 months and then the exact same symptoms started again.

Just pulled out the new integration relay and it's blown in the exact same places as the first one.

Any idea what could be blowing it. I can't seem to find any info.
