Interesting wheelchair set-up, seen in Japan

    I was in Japan recently and visited Toyota's Megaweb on Odaiba Island.

    Saw this wheelchair rig, thought it was interesting. It looks like the wheelchair gets pulled up into the roof carrier. Couldn't get a lot of details on it - the staff did not speak English.

    Maybe someone will find this useful.
