You do mean the door armrest on the door panels? They're melted in. So first you would need to remove the door panel. And then you would cut, drill, or melt them out. Then after reupholstering them you would glue, melt (maybe adding extra plastic), plastic weld, or screw them back into the door panel and then just reinstall the door panel.
