3 weeks, 600 mi., 46.1 mpg Still learning, Great fun, Surely beats the leaky '95 Wrangler w/ no radio !
Welcome from a former Wrangler driver. Mine is an '00, has a hard-top so doesn't leak, and does have a radio and tape (does anybody use tapes anymore??) player, but the mileage was horrible for a relatively small vehicle. It has the 4L in-line six and has been very reliable, but around town and in cold weather I'm getting 12mpg! Suffice it to say that it's been driven two times since I got the Prius on Dec. 21. I'll hang onto the Jeep for now as I do like to get out into the woods/back-country occasionally, but it will definitely not be my daily driver anymore.
The 4L really gulp a lot of gas. We have a 2002 Ranger with a 4L engine (V6) and I swear it drinks gas like a V8. I rarely drive the truck...just for hauling trash and/or moving heavy items.

The Prius was meant to be driven...not sitting inside a garage . It would be a great accomplishment to hear about a Prius that has over 300K miles. I tremendously enjoy my Prius. BTW, I was just encouraging a fellow Prius driver.
