So I am going from a Samsung Galaxy S4 to an IPhone 6S. My S4 Bluetooth will connect to everything including Entune apps. However, the IPhone 6S will only connect to phone functionality. When I try to connect to any of the Entune apps, I get the message: "Connection failed. Ensure that Entune is running on your device" So my question is, is this a common problem? Any fixes? I've read that the only way to connect an iPhone without having to use the usb cable is to tether it to your iphone via mobile hotspot. That is crazy. I don't want to use the usb because I already have my iPod connected to it. This has my collection of songs that will not fit on my iPhone. Is there someway to creat a usb hub to run both iPhone and iPod? If anyone has a solution please let me know. If I can connect the 6S via Bluetooth, that would be my ultimate goal. Thanks guys.

Unless the link you gave me is an update to the current update, I've already done this upgrade. Thanks anyways. When I called support they said that I do have to have Bluetooth on and usb connected to work entunes with an iphone
