My Prius runs and drives great until it doesn't. If I don't do a lot of breaking the battery will sometimes drop down to 1 bar and then it wont accelerate very well. One time I started from a stop light and the car died. A yellow triangle came on and it said to check the hybrid system. I brought it to a mechanic and they said there was no light on and everything was fine. They happen to be the ones who have my battery under warranty and I don't really trust them. Recently I brought it into Toyota and all they did was flush the coolant and check the head gasket then said everything is good.
