Is it time for a battery?

    2010 with 200,000k. Dash indicates the battery charges with all the bars but drains quickly while at stoplight. MPG has dropped to 33. I live close to Raleigh NC if anyone can suggest a good shop.

    sounds like it, but without a trouble code yet, it's still within parameters.

    also, at 200k, there can be many things affecting your mpgs. have you done the egr cleaning?
