Is my Gen II trying to tell me something?

    Whenever I turn the Power OFF, I hear a whirring noise which lasts for just a few seconds and I am wondering what "ChuggyPig" is trying to tell me...

    That is the coolant recovery system transferring coolant to the thermos tank so it won't take as long to warm the car up if you restart it w/in a couple of hours.
