I was wondering if one purchased say a 1 or 2 year old Prius. Does the remainer of the warranty transfer or will the remaining time be divided in half? I'm asking because on VW's the remaining warranty is cut in half... for example, if you had 3 years left on your 5 year VW warranty, VW will give the 2nd owner only 1.5 years. Just curious...
