Is there a easy access to behind front blinker?

    I smashed into a bird this morning... And it certainly broke several retaining hoop that holds blinker assembly in place. Right now I just want to access behind it and tape it in place. Is there an easy access other than removing the front bumper?... Thanks for the help...
