Well, there is actually, buy a replacement local domestic market MFD from a metric country like Australia or New Zealand and replace the MDF from your NADM import. Be aware if buying from NZ, though, make sure the unit is a NZDM (i. e. in English) one and not a JDM from a Japanese import, otherwise you will end up with a one in Japanese–which would be ok, if you read/speak Japanese.
