Is there something fishy about this offer?

Two days ago I got a quote at $22899 + tax + title for a 2007 touring with package 2 from dealer X in philly, PA. When I take their quote and ask other dealers around Philly, no dealer is willing to match. They said the offer I got is probably for a standard prius, not touring. I speicfically asked for the touring when I got my quote and the salesman wrote that down on his worksheet. Do you think dealer X is playing game here to get me on the hook? They may say they made a mistake giving the quote and raise the price once I'm ready to buy?
    Any input is appreciated.

Seems Ok--If you want to buy go see if they stick to offer.
My local dealer quoted me price AND trade in amount. Showed up next day and all was Ok. Drave car home 45 min. later.
This is Calif. So may be different.

Did you get it in writing from the dealer? If so, they must honor it.

Weird how every dealership is different, though.

Just check the fine print and take the offer.
