Got a quote from my dealer for a 2010 IV with Solar Roof, Floor Mats, and Bumper Applique for $28,500 which includes the $1,000 cash rebate before TT&L. The car has under 10 miles on the odometer. TrueCar lists the price as $27,977. I balked, and they came back with the same price but offered $1,000 above KBB on my trade in as an incentive. This appears to be above what I would most likely get in a private sale based on eBay and Craigslist. Does this sound like a good deal on a IV Solar? Could I do better on a 2010 or 2011?
The AAA price on 2011's is invoice while it is under invoice for the 2010's. $28036 is the AAA price down here. I would expect higher prices in North Jersey. The problem is going to be finding a 2010 IV Solar in your color combo sitting on a lot. Make sure it has DVD 10-get it in writing.
