Is this a stock bumper?

    I'm looking at buying a 2004 Prius in the UK but the vehicle I'm looking at has a slightly different rear bumper than I've seen on other cars. It has notches. Does anyone know what these are?

    That and the other three are the parking sensors. They are part of the IPA (intelligent Parking Assist).
