Is this the same inverter as regular prius?

    A friend just had the stealership tell her that her Prius C inverter is dead, to the tune of $4500.
    Is it the same part as a regular Prius? There are several Gen 3 Prii in the boneyard here.

    In the US proper, the easy way to find out would be to look up a Prius c and Prius liftback inverter assembly on parts.toyota.com and compare the part numbers. I'm not sure whether Guam gets all the same parts.

    You didn't mention the year of your friend's c.
