I took off my 2008 prius car panel to clean the hybrid battery fan and noticed this duct, which I assume my mechanic removed & reconnected after replacing the 12 volt. Is this connected correctly?
Yes what you might want to do if you ever have it out again is flip it over and put some zip tape over the big opening that blows right on the 12 volt and more air will come out of that tube and go out that vent rather than try to drop on top of the 12 volt I guess that's done for winter maybe or something but we don't need it for sure so I tape all mine up with zip tape because I can't get that piece of ductwork without that cut out in it to blow air on the battery or whatever it does feel under it you'll feel the big gaping cut out
