I had leak in my transmission, I swapped it out with a same year Prius v that was rear ended and the transmission only has 62k miles on it. After the install all is good EXCEPT the transmission doesn’t seem to let the car go fast. It is like it has a computer control issue . It’s like in eco mode ev mode . Both lights are on . Does this transmission need to be reprogrammed to be controlled by the main ecu ? If so should I take to dealer to have them update this?
Nothing about the transaxle itself is programmable. It's two dumb motors and some gears. Can you post a video of what's going on?
